AIVHY launches AIVHY’s BAS at EY Future Realised in Valletta

A new way to be more efficient through AI-driven process digitalisation that helps organisations configure complete digital workflows, applications and integrations tailored to the way their business works.

AIVHY’s BAS (Business Administration System) was launched at EY Future Realised in Valletta, helping organisations configure and adapt their business processes with AI.

The aim is to simplify everyday work that runs across people, systems and departments. Take a quality inspection during production: an operator measures a part and writes the results on paper. A value falls outside the agreed tolerance, so the quality team is contacted by phone or email. The measurements are entered into a spreadsheet, while production waits to hear whether the batch can be released. To understand the decision later, someone may need to find the inspection sheet and the related emails.

With AIVHY’s BAS, the inspection can follow one configured workflow. The operator enters the measurements in a digital form, where they can be checked against the agreed limits. A deviation is passed to the responsible quality employee for assessment. The results, supporting information and release decision stay together, so production can see the batch status and whether further action is needed.

You control your AI-driven digitalisation and data

Organisations can define who may access information, which actions AI is permitted to take and where human approval is needed. Data access and AI activities are managed through the agreed permissions and security controls, giving teams oversight of how AI is used in their processes.

Every organisation has its own way of working. Its people, expertise, machinery and business systems all contribute to how it operates. AIVHY’s BAS is designed to support these individual processes, allowing companies to build tailored digital workflows and applications within a structured environment.

AI-driven configuration of complete business processes

AIVHY’s BAS brings together AI-driven configuration of complete business processes, defined business rules, traceability and connections to existing systems. AI can configure workflows, data models, business rules, user interfaces, connectors and integrations. Organisations can adapt these processes as requirements change. AIVHY’s BAS also supports permitted AI actions within defined process rules. A conversational AI interface for end users is planned as a further development.

For organisations, this creates opportunities to simplify repetitive work, improve access to information and develop digital processes that reflect how teams actually operate. This applies across production, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, finance, administration, customer service and management.

Part of a connected digital ecosystem

AIVHY’s BAS forms part of AIVHY’s BOS (Business Operating System). While AIVHY’s BAS supports process digitalisation and AI-enabled applications, AIVHY’s BOS provides the wider foundation connecting people, machines, systems and operational data.

This approach allows companies to build on existing investments in equipment and business software, starting with a focused process and expanding as requirements evolve.

From email-based administration to connected workflows

The same approach can support approvals, stock movements and operational handovers across departments. AIVHY’s BAS can validate information as it is entered and keep relevant actions and decisions traceable, helping teams follow the work from the initial request to completion.

Traceability that supports historical corrections

AIVHY’s BAS is designed to keep a traceable history of relevant process activity and decisions. This can help teams investigate discrepancies and, where the configured rules allow, make controlled corrections to earlier records. For example, a missed warehouse movement can be reviewed against the original period and validated before its history is updated. The available controls and effects depend on the implementation.

AI that works within defined processes

Alongside helping teams create and adapt workflows and user interfaces, AIVHY’s BAS can support autonomous execution of permitted steps. Organisations can define process rules and include human approval for decisions that require additional oversight. This combines AI-driven flexibility with control over how operational work is carried out.

Built to work with existing systems

Through AIVHY’s BOS, AIVHY’s BAS can connect with existing business applications and operational systems, including ERP, MES, WMS, CMMS, QMS, LIMS and CRM, subject to the interfaces available. Customer-managed infrastructure and suitable cloud environments can be considered. Hosting, access permissions, encrypted connections and network separation are agreed for the implementation.
